We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your product and improving our service.
We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our product:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
We retain your email address and onboarding data for 24 months after your 60-day sequence ends to allow for product support and potential add-on pack purchases.
To request deletion of your data, email hello@stillyou.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your information from our systems within 30 days and confirm via email. Note that Stripe retains payment records for legal and tax compliance purposes — we cannot delete those records on your behalf.

Still You is designed for adults (new mothers). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@stillyou.co and we will delete it promptly.
Still You is a wellness and emotional support product. We are not a healthcare provider and this product is not medical care. However, your onboarding answers (birth type, feeding method) are personal information of a sensitive nature and we treat them accordingly — used only to personalize your card content, never shared with third parties, and deletable on request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@stillyou.co. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified). Email is delivered via Klaviyo using standard encryption. We do not store credit card information. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any internet transmission, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
We may update this policy as our product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
